Description/Job SummarySchedule: Monday - Friday 7:00a.m. to 4:00p.m., including overtime as needed. Must be able to work extended hours during harvest including call out.
Job Summary: Conducts electrical work in an industrial setting to include (running conduit, pulling wire, wiring motors, troubleshooting PLC’s) Conducts inspections of equipment to ensure that the equipment is functioning properly and housekeeping is adequately maintained. Monitors and confirms accurate documentation of maintenance procedures according to food safety and quality assurance guideline.
Basic Qualifications- Must possess a minimum of 1 years electrical or industrial automation experience.
- Must possess basic math skills (+, -, *, /).
- Must be able to read, speak, write, and understand the English language fluently.
- Must be willing and able to climb up to 200 ft.
- Must be willing and able to bend, stoop, twist, turn, push and pull throughout the day.
- Must be willing and able to lift up to 110 lbs.
- Must be willing and able to work in adverse weather conditions for extended periods of time. (Heat, cold, humidity, rain, etc.) .
- Leadership abilities delegation, conflict management, problem solving, and confidentially.
- Must be able to run service crew and supervise contractors.
- Must be able to work with project engineers and plant managers.
Preferred Experience- Electrical license.
- Knowledge of PLC Hardware.
- Programming experience would be helpful.
- Knowledge of plant systems from 13,800 volt primary to 480 volt secondary.
