Non Salaried Foreman-Warehouse

Description/Job Summary

Schedule:  Monday - Friday 7:00a.m. to 4:00p.m., including overtime as needed. 

Job Summary:  Supervise employees in warehouse operations including the loading of products, inventory control procedures, equipment inspections and housekeeping.   Monitors and confirms accurate documentation of production, maintenance and sanitation procedures according to food safety and quality assurance guideline.

Basic Qualifications

• Must possess basic math skills (+, -, *, /).                                                           
• Must possess a valid driver’s license, with no citations in the last 12 months.                                                                    
• Must be over the age of 21.                                                                                 
• Must be able to read, speak, write, and understand the English language fluently.                                                
• Must be willing and able to bend, stoop, twist, turn, push and pull throughout the day. 
• Must be willing and able to lift up to 100 lbs.
• Must be willing and able to stand and walk for long periods of time. 
• Must be willing and able to work in adverse weather conditions for extended periods of time. (Heat, cold, humidity, etc.)

• Leadership abilities delegation, conflict management, problem solving, and confidentially.                                                                                                   
• Supervisory experience                                                                                         

Industrial equipment operator experience. (forklift, push & pull, scan guns,etc.)
