Electrician Assistant - Electrical

Schedule:  Monday - Friday 7:00a.m. – 4:00p.m., overtime as needed including nights and weekends. Must be able to work 12 hour shifts days or nights during harvest.

Job Summary:  Assist Electricians with preventative electrical maintenance and required electrical maintenance on equipment and structures in the Mills, Packaging, Warehouse, Shipping and Dryer areas.  Responsible for ensuring that equipment and areas are clean following maintenance activities and do not posse potential contamination issues.
  
Basic Qualifications

• Must be at lease age 21, have a valid drivers’ license and a good driving records
• Must be mechanically inclined.
• Must be willing to work at heights up to 200 feet high.
• Must be willing to lift up to 100 lbs.
• Must be willing to work in hot and cold temperatures for extended periods of time.
• Must be willing to be trained to operate heavy machinery.
• Must be available for call-outs at all times and be able to respond within 35 minutes.
• Must be willing to bend, stoop, push, pull, twist and turn throughout the day.
• Other duties as requested by Supervisor.
